I just finished, delivered and installed this piece.
It is a commission for a nice couple in Goleta.
It is built in a box that measures 3 ft high x 2 ft wide by 8 inches deep. there are approximately 100 hands, actually vintage ladies gloves filled with polyurethane foam. I have not come up with a tittle for it - I'm almost afraid to ask you all for suggestions but I need some ideas.

Wow! That's amazing! What a conversation piece. I'm sure it's a whole other experience seeing it in person but, here you go:
1. It reminds my husband of a bunch of zombies trying to get out of a grave. He came up with "THRILLER"
2. Are they Republicans? If so, you can name it "DEMOCRATS." My Republican dad (RIP) used to say Democrats were all about hand outs.

Wow is right! It reminds me of coral. "HAND CORAL"! OK it's a "REACH", but until I saw the closeup, it looked like coral to me. I do think the Democrat name is funny! or maybe "LIFE LINES"
